Easy Peasy Vegan Breakfast Patties
- 2 c water
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce, unfermented
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. turbinado sugar
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 c. quick oats
- 1/2 c. pecan meal
- Bring water and all seasonings to a boil. When boiling, add quick oats and pecan meal, stirring well. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened. Allow to cool.
- Form into patties and fry in a little olive oil until browned on both sides.
